Firstly, I will make note that it seems that the phenomena that have made Calgary so popular among the acolyte groups is not exclusive to Calgary. In 181 - The Book Store, we are told that De Cae's shop is accessible from every city on the continent. One could say that this does not mean his shop actually exists in many different locations, but rather that they are portals all linking to the one shop beneath a pizza joint in Calgary proper. Even this, though, proves that phenomena exist outside of Calgary: for a portal is a portal regardless of where its end point is located. One would wonder if these connected book store portals could be used to facilitate long distance transportation along the North American continent, once one portal to the book store is effectively found.
